Emlyn Dunn (nee Quinn) is a Senior Solicitor in the McKays Family Law team. She regularly travels between Brisbane and Mackay, servicing clients in both regions and throughout Queensland.
Emlyn is experienced in property settlement matters, parenting arrangements, child support issues, family violence and divorce applications.
Her passion is assisting clients to resolve parenting disputes in a child focused and low conflict manner.
She is able to support clients through dispute resolution processes and strongly advocate for their interests in court proceedings.
Bringing a modern, compassionate and collaborative approach to family law, Emlyn helps guide clients through their family law journey with their emotional needs and best interests at the forefront of her mind.
Although family law is her primary area of expertise, Emlyn is also experienced in residential conveyancing, estate planning and commercial law. Due to her wide ranging experience, she is able to apply a sound understanding of other legal issues which regularly intersect with family law.
